Worn brushes typically cause heavy sparking, lost power or a motor that cuts in and out, and both should be replaced together. Each brush is stamped 325 and has a braided copper lead with a push-on terminal; part numbers 195001-2 / 194074-2. Check the number against your old brushes or your tool's parts list before ordering.
