How do I request a quote, and what information do you need?

Send a Part Number or model, the quantity, and a nameplate or product photo — via the contact page, email or phone. The more complete the information, the faster and more accurate our quote.

If I don't have a Part Number, only a photo or the old part, can you still source it?

Yes. Send a product photo, nameplate photo or the original part and our team will find the exact model or an equivalent replacement.

Can you find discontinued models?

We have a supplier network both local and overseas, and can find older or discontinued products and propose an equivalent replacement.

How long do quotations and delivery take?

Our team will usually get back to you as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the product type and source, and we state the lead time together with the quotation.

Do you take on made-to-order or service work?

Yes — hose and tube / hydraulic line work, conveyor systems, factory system upgrades, JIG fixtures to drawing, and custom machines. See the services page for details.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We serve factory customers nationwide, based in Chonburi and the EEC area. Ask us about delivery to your location.
