Mega Inter Supply Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
When you submit a quotation request or contact us through the website, we collect the information you provide: contact name, company name, phone number, email, product category / SKU, and the details of your request. In addition, the system automatically records your IP address and the date and time of submission, for security and to prevent misuse.
2. Purposes of use
We use your information to (a) contact you back and respond to your request, (b) prepare and issue quotations, (c) source products and provide the services you request, and (d) keep a record of business correspondence. We will not use your information for other purposes without notice.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a request, and on the basis of necessity to act on your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose data as necessary to manufacturers or distributors in order to find and source the products you request, and we use an email provider (Google Workspace) to send and receive email, or where required to disclose by law.
5. Retention period
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by accounting and tax law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise the data.
6. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee if you consider the processing unlawful.
7. Cookies and website analytics
This is an informational website and does not use marketing cookies. If analytics tools are added in the future, we will update this policy and notify you.
