Shipping and Returns
This policy covers the priced items on our Best Sellers page. For quote-only catalogue items, delivery charges and terms are stated on each quotation.
Shipping
- Free delivery anywhere in Thailand on orders of 1,000 baht or more, up to 20 kg in total.
- Orders under 1,000 baht are charged the actual delivery cost. We tell you the amount before you pay.
- Some brands are excluded from free delivery and charged at cost, for example Mitsubishi and all air compressor brands.
- Cash on delivery is available for an extra 100 baht per order (orders up to 20,000 baht and 20 kg).
- Bulky items of 21 kg or more, or with any side of 100 cm or more, cannot be sent cash on delivery.
- Remote areas and some islands carry an extra 100–130 baht and take longer than usual.
- We confirm the delivery date with your order on LINE.
Exchanges and returns
- We exchange items when we sent the wrong model, or the item is defective, damaged or unusable because of a manufacturing fault.
- Tell us within 5 days of receiving the goods, on LINE or by phone, with photos of the item and box.
- We pay the actual return shipping. We can arrange a pickup, or you can send it back.
- Returned items must be complete, in the original packaging, with labels and manuals.
- The exchange is completed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
- We cannot exchange or refund an item ordered in the wrong model, size or dimension when the website information was correct.
- Used items that fail are inspected first. If the fault is not a manufacturing defect, the item is repaired under the brand's own warranty terms.
